Peter Kapiloff is a distinguished entrepreneur, accomplished business executive, and licensed pilot, recognized for his exemplary leadership, strategic vision, and commitment to philanthropy. He currently serves as Vice President and previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Kapiloff’s Glass, in addition to being a principal owner of Waubeeka Golf Links in Massachusetts. In 2025, Mr. Kapiloff transitioned into a strategic advisory role at Kapiloff’s Glass, overseeing the systematic transfer of ownership to three long-term, trusted employees. With extensive experience in the Caribbean, Mr. Kapiloff resided in Haiti from 2009 to 2012 and has maintained partial residency there since, cultivating profound regional knowledge and enduring professional relationships. As a licensed private pilot with IFR and radio operator certifications, he possesses the capability to respond swiftly and efficiently to projects across the Caribbean region. Mr. Kapiloff is actively engaged in equity investments within the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Dominican Republic, and Haiti. His 16 years of experience managing the complexities of business operations and development in the Caribbean, combined with his expertise in construction and acquisitions, uniquely position him to deliver innovative and effective solutions to specialized challenges.
